Athletes
Athletes at all levels often try to push through injury. While the pain may resolve if ignored or treated locally quick-fix style, the underlying dysfunction remains. This means that your body will pay somewhere else down the line, often in an even bigger way. When athletes suffer a catastrophic injury such as a completely blown knee, there is almost always a history of smaller injuries that were ignored or treated piecemeal. Don’t let this happen to you. Treat the small stuff before it becomes big.
Injury Prevention
When it comes to athletic performance and injury prevention alignment is everything. Just like the tires on your car, if parts are out of alignment, undue stress is placed on some area and it will eventually blow, particularly when pushed in athletic pursuits. Let us tune up your body so you can prevent injury altogether.

Pulled Muscles
When we “pull” a muscle we overstrain one part of it and it gives. This happens because the load isn’t being spread evenly. Treating the torn part will not fix the problem. We have to find the muscles that aren’t pulling their weight and deal with them.
Pulled Muscles
Strains and Sprains
Especially when repetitive, as is often the case with athletes, these types of injuries are an indication that some part of you is being overstressed because another part isn’t doing its job. We will find the area that is slacking and address the true underlying cause of the problem.
